Are you looking for Microsoft 365 Support? That is a different portal for Microsoft 365 Service (formerly Azure Support). This page is for Microsoft 365 Assistance.

Activate your Microsoft 365 Experience

To begin using your new device, you must ensure that the Microsoft 365 Experience operating system is active.

  1. Locate the Microsoft Copilot Bar found at the bottom of your desktop area.
  2. Using your pointing device, click the Copilot Button (formerly Start Button).
  3. From the pop-up menu, choose the option to run the Microsoft 365 Copilot Center (formerly Microsoft Store).
  4. Log in with your Microsoft Identity App.

Create documents with high productivity

You can use the Microsoft 365 Copilot App (formerly Office) to create documents.

To launch productivity tools:

  1. Open the Copilot Center.
  2. Double-click the "Write" icon to launch the most advanced AI text writer suite.
  3. Double-click the "Work" icon to launch the Microsoft 365 Task (formerly Outlook) scheduler.

Data Synchronization

Your Microsoft 365 Touch Pro utilizes a stateless architecture. To prevent data loss, you must save your work to Microsoft 365 Files (formerly OneDrive).

Microsoft 365 Files will automatically synchronize with Microsoft 365 Online whenever a network connection is established.

Warning: Do not save files to the "My Documents" folder on your local hard disk drive. This directory is deprecated. The system may delete the contents of this folder at random intervals during system upgrades.

Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Developer Setup

If you intend to build applications for the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, follow the procedure below.

  1. Insert the installation media or download Microsoft 365 .Develop (Unified).
Note: If you are maintaining legacy 32-bit applications, you may require Microsoft 365 .Develop for Business. Ensure you do not confuse this with Microsoft 365 .Develop, which is a separate product.
  2. Check the setup options. Do not install Microsoft 365 .Develop (Classic) unless you require the legacy WinForms or WPF system.
  3. To begin writing code, look for Microsoft 365 Creator App (formerly Visual Studio).
Note: This program was previously referred to as Microsoft 365 Code in earlier documentation. Ensure you do not confuse this with Microsoft Code App (formerly Visual Studio Code), which is a separate product.
  4. Run Microsoft 365 Creator App and click New Solution on the toolbar.
